Global Social Media websites have criticized Kuwait, Russian, Saudi Arabia and the United States for rejecting special report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) presented at the 24th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP24) on the rate of global warming.

The convention is taking place in Katowice, Poland from Dec 3-18, reports Al-Qabas daily.

Twitter users – among them scholars and researchers – expressed resentment on the rejection of the aforementioned report by the biggest oil-producing countries, while Carbon emission is the main reason for the increasing temperatures causing climate change.
