Kuwait Court Adjourns Abdali Cell Case Hearing To Feb 17

The Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Abdulrahman Al-Drameh will Feb 17 look into the State Security Case No. 302/2016, filed against 25 Kuwaiti citizens and an Iranian who are involved in the ‘Abdali Cell’ issue on Feb 17. According to the case file, the Criminal Court had earlier issued various sentences against the 25 defendants – two of them (Kuwaiti and Iranian) were sentenced to death, 15 others were sentenced to 15-year imprisonment with hard labor, three others were sentenced to five-year imprisonment, one was sentenced to tenyear imprisonment, one was sentenced to life in prison and another was acquitted.
