Kuwait Embassy In Cairo Denies Allegations Of Assault On Citizen

Allegations that a Kuwaiti national had been assaulted physically in Egypt were denied, Al Qabas reported.

Kuwait Embassy in Cairo posted a tweet on its official account refuting allegations circulating on social media, claiming a citizen had been “tied and beaten up”.

“The video, which was filmed in another brotherly country, shows a car thief being tied up and beaten,” the embassy tweeted, urging Kuwaiti nationals to observe accuracy and get news from credible sources.
