Kuwaiti Arrested For Consuming Alcohol

Police have arrested a Kuwaiti for possessing and consuming alcohol. The man was arrested in Farwaniya for reckless driving and moving against the flow of traffic. When he got out of the car to sign the citation, police discovered he was unable to stand. Surprisingly when the police asked the man if he was drunk he replied in the affirmative. Police then searched his vehicle and found two bottles of whisky.
