Kuwaiti Teacher Jailed For Three Years Over Fake Degree

A Kuwaiti female teacher has been sentenced to three years in jail over a fake university degree she had obtained from an Arab country.

She submitted a copy of the fake degree to the Ministry Higher Education for accreditation.

The panel in charge of accrediting academic qualifications discovered that it was fake and referred her the Prosecution.

The Criminal Court convicted the woman who managed to obtain the fake university degree in psychology from the Arab country without even leaving Kuwait.
