Kuwaiti Woman Flees Cop

A traffic officer registered a case against a Kuwaiti woman who fled when he stopped her for issuance of a citation as she violated the Traffic Law. The woman refused to present the relevant documents to the officer for issuance of traffic citation. She told the officer, “You are not the person who will withdraw my driving license,” and then she sped off.
