Man Probed For Leaving Hyena

A complaint has been filed against an unidentified Kuwaiti man for leaving a hyena on the loose in Kabad. Several people who saw the animal in the area, called the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. A police source said the Kuwaiti owner of the hyena took the animal to his pen and let it loose. The owner has been summoned for interrogation.
