Mew To Pay Excellence Duty Allowance Soon

Undersecretary at the Ministry of Electricity and Water Engineer Muhammad Bu Shehri has referred a list of names of 648 employees who deserve excellent duty bonus to the sector minister Dr Khalid Al-Fadhel. Sources pointed out that the allowance will be paid soon after the minister approves of the budget, which is estimated at KD 476,000.

They added that most of the beneficiaries are employees working according to the shift system whose work timing was recalculated as 70 percent of the working days within a year.

The list also includes employees whose names were previously deleted from the list of beneficiaries, noting those employees had filed complaints after the incident.

Meanwhile, the ministry recently announced that several supervisory positions have become vacant, including head of follow up at the Department of Planning and Follow-up in the Power Distribution Network. The daily quoting sources added the positions left vacant include supervisor at the Directorate General of Inspection. It said the ministry has a set of conditions to be met by applicants.
