Moi Starts Receiving Illegal Egyptian Residents

More than 1,600 residency violators arrived in the early morning hours from the Egyptian community to the center to complete the procedures for travel in preparation for leaving the country under the new amnesty law, reported Al-Rai daily.

This date was for the Egyptian community, and there was a heavy turnout of violators to take advantage of the decision of the Ministry of Interior to allow violators to leave their country without paying financial fines or travel costs. Their travel is sponsored by the Kuwait Government as a means to encourage expats to leave in order to improve coronavirus prevention measures as the country is battling with the epidemic.
