Moj Formed Committees To Manage The Annual Inventory Of Items In Custody
Ministry of Justice has formed committees to manage the annual inventory of items in custody for fiscal year 2017/2018 based on a circular from the Ministry of Finance directing various government agencies to form annual committees in accordance with relevant conditions, rules and regulations to take stock of items in use, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The daily quoting a source said the decision issued early this week by the Undersecretary at Ministry of Justice Abdul-Latef Al-Sare’e was based on directives from the Ministry of Finance, stipulating formation of committees before Dec 5 to provide comprehensive statements about items in custody. He noted each sector is required to submit its report within two months ie before the end of the year. He also said the activities of the committees will cover edifices of the ministry, including the Justice Palace, Kuwait Institute of Legal and Judicial Studies, and services centers in all six governorates.
