Municipality Warned Public Against Purchasing Real Estates

Kuwait Municipality Tuesday warned public against purchasing a real estate or an apartment which were either violating construction regulations or unlicensed.

In a statement, the municipality said some real estate offices or exhibitions were selling apartments and residential buildings, and marketing unlicensed residential plans. "This act is violating the law, regulations of construction and will cause huge losses for the buyer," it said and explained the municipality did not issue any license for these real estates. It urged the citizens to verify that any real etate they wished to purchase should be licensed.
