National Assembly Member Has Purchased All Buildings Of Anwar Al-sabah Complex

Recent information circulated by real-estate sector indicates that a current National Assembly member has purchased all buildings of Anwar Al-Sabah Complex next to Al- Salhiya complex, covering 9,000 square/ meters area, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The daily quoting a reliable source said it’s not clear whether or not the real-estate deal mortgaged with the issuance of final approvals from the financier (the bank) will be completed directly in the buyer’s name or indirectly. He noted all buildings at the complex are currently vacant and would be demolished for reconstruction in order to increase the rent.
