Now You Can't Escape Traffic Fines Even If You Have Gulf Number Plate

The traffic department prepared new procedures to deter violations by vehicle owners that have Gulf license plates as it was noticed these drivers deliberately commit violations because there is no database on them. The department said that operations recorded the details of the vehicles and their Kuwaiti owners at checkpoints and was then referred to violations records of cars with Gulf plates, which resulted to the identification of all violators. The total number of violating vehicles was 29 whose drivers committed 3,267 violations at a value of KD 115,770.
