Paaafr Employee Insulted

An unidentified employee working for the Marine Control Department of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) has filed a complaint with the Shamiya Police Station accusing an unidentified Kuwaiti, born in 1991, of insulting him while on duty, reports Al-Rai daily.

This happened when PAAAFR patrol boat was on routine inspection tour of the area and saw the suspect fishing in a restricted area under the Jaber Bridge.

When he was confronted, the Kuwaiti denied fishing, and got involved in a war of words with the official and the latter took it as an offence to him since he was doing his duty and filed a complaint.
