Parliamentarian Warns Mixing Of Male And Female In Swimming Pool

Kuwait parliamentarian Hamoud Hamdan warned that Kuwait’s norms and religion do not allow mixing of both genders in swimming pools in hotels and public areas. He said that all those behind such acts must be held accountable.

The lawmaker threatened to grill the ministers of commerce and interior over the issue, stressing both ministers must bear this responsibility. He stressed the need for everyone to fully abide by the norms and religious practices of the country to prevent the spread of negative phenomena.
