Police have arrested a Pakistani barber for allegedly raping a 9-year-old Syrian boy, reports Al-Anba daily. The arrest came after the father filed a complaint with the Taima Police Station accusing the barber of raping the boy inside his shop. The boy has been referred to Forensics
