Police Arrested For Stealing A Car, Dismantling Parts And Selling Them

The Ahmadi police have arrested four Kuwaitis for stealing a car which was parked in front of a house, dismantling parts and selling them, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said the arrest came after a number of citizens and residents filed complaints and said their cars which were parked in front of or near their homes had disappeared. Intensive investigations conducted by police led to the arrest of the members of the gang. When arrested, they were in possession of some of the parts which they had removed from the stolen cars. During interrogation they also admitted to setting fire to some of the cars after removing the parts. They have been handed over to the concerned authorities.
