Police Charged Kuwaiti For Walking With Hamour

Police summoned an unidentified Kuwaiti for interrogation after his picture walking with a hamour fish inside a commercial complex was posted on the social networking webiste.

The environmental police have charged the man with trading in perishable food item inside a commercial complex without taking into account the health of the people in violation of Article 162 of the environment law.

When the citizen was summoned for interrogation he admitted to the charge and said he was on the way to deliver the fish to one of the restaurants in the area.
