Policeman Arrested For Verbally Insulting And Attempting To Beat A Kuwaiti Teacher
A policeman working for the Criminal Investigation Department has been arrested and referred to the Waha Police Station for verbally insulting and attempting to beat a Kuwaiti teacher, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily said, this happened when the suspect who is answering a high school exam, was caught cheating. He was caught using an earphone to answer the questions and when he was caught, he became furious, showed his ID and attempted to assault the teacher. The school administration then called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior and the suspect was arrested.
Police car damaged: A Bedoun youth was arrested for damaging the front glass of a patrol vehicle in Kabad area after he was stopped by traffic officers because he committed a traffic violation, says Al-Seyassah. According to security sources, traffic officers were patrolling on Kabad Road when they noticed a man committing a traffic violation and ordered him to pull over.
However, the man insulted them and then damaged the front glass of the patrol vehicle. After requesting for backup, officers arrested him and referred him to Sulaibiya Police Station where necessary legal action was taken. Meanwhile, officers from the Public Security Sector seized three vehicles that were being used for performing dangerous stunts in Ahmadi Governorate. The vehicles were referred to the Traffic Department and citations were issued against the drivers
