Public Authority For Manpower Announced Noon Work Ban

The Manpower Public Authority announced a decision to ban employers from forcing their employees to work in open areas from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm during the period from June 1 until the end of August.
the decision is in an implementation of law 6/2010 with regards to work in the private sector and in adherence to international treaties, the decision concerns work in open areas and under harsh weather conditions which makes working difficult.
