Public Prosecution Ordered The Detention Of Kuwaiti For Publishing Offensive About Prophet Muhammad

Public Prosecution had ordered the detention of a Kuwaiti for 21 days for publishing something offensive about the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on his personal account on the social media, reports Al-Anba daily.

The suspect was reportedly arrested by the Electronic Crime Prevention Department.

In another case, the Sentences Renewal Judge has refused to release a Kuwaiti who had been arrested for publishing offensive statements about the Attorney-General, Counselor Dirar Al-Assousi, against the backdrop of accepting the last batch of prosecutors.
