Public Security Arrested Two Kuwaitis
a man and a 25-year-old woman, and a Bedoun for the possession of narcotics. The officers rushed to an apartment in Hawally after receiving information that the woman was kidnapped and kept in the apartment. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers found the woman with a Kuwaiti man and a Bedoun. However, the woman denied being kidnapped and told the officers that she went with the two men on her own will.
Preliminary investigations revealed the Kuwaiti man is addicted to hashish. During the raid, the officers found some rolls of hashish and mobile phones in the possession of the Bedoun and the Kuwaiti man. A case was registered and the three suspects were referred to the relevant security department for legal action. And, in compliance with the instruction of Kuwait International Airport Security Department Director General Major General Faisal Al-Sineen, the airport security officers seized 800 grams of heroin hidden in a piece of furniture at the airport. Security sources revealed the officers found the heroin in one of the couches at the airport and they immediately informed Al-Sineen about it. Al-Sineen then issued a directive to open an intensive investigation to hold responsible whoever hid the heroin in the couch.
