Residency Law Violators And Visit Visa Overstayers Have To Pay Fines
The Assistant Undersecretary for Residence Affairs Major General Talal Marafi stressed that expats who have committed residency violations whether they have expired residence or visit visas have to pay fines during their departure, reported Al Rai daily.
Maarafi pointed out that there has been no ministerial decision to pardon residence law violators or the over stayers of visit visa. All those who want to return to their country must pay the penalties due before going to the airport through the website of the Ministry of Interior or in the administration of ports at the airport, he pointed out.
