Security Alert In Kuwait Raised To Highest

During the past 48 hours, the Ministry of Interior has raised alert level to its highest, given the dangerous and accelerating circumstances the region is going through reports Al Qabas

Sources said that instructions have been issued to several security sectors, such as the Special Forces, State Security, Public Security, Traffic department, and Criminal Investigation, with intensive security deployments from 11:30 pm until 4.30 am in sensitive and vital locations and important installations, and some roads and areas.

The sources said that some field security staff were called back to return to their offices to start their work and follow up on the security situation beyond the end of their working hours. All the leaves were suspended until further notice.

The sources revealed that strict instructions were issued to deal promptly and decisively with any suspects or any kind of suspicion and to follow strict procedures for issuing entry visas to nationals of some countries until further notice.
