Syrian And A Bangladeshi Hurt In Brawl

Two expatriates – a Syrian and a Bangladeshi – sustained injuries and bruises throughout their body during a quarrel between them in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area.

According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about a quarrel in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location and discovered that the quarrel was settled by passersby.

Wanted trio nabbed: Three wanted individuals – a Kuwaiti citizen, Bedoun resident and a GCC national – who were sentenced in absentia to five-year imprisonment each have been arrested, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources, when the Assistant Undersecretary for Correctional Institutions at Ministry of Interior Major General Faraj Al-Za’abi received information about the presence of the three wanted individuals in a house in Jahra area, a team of officers from General Department for Sentences Enforcement was formed and sent to the location. The officers raided the house and arrested the three outlaws after facing strong resistance from the latter. The suspects have been referred to the Central Prison.
