The Court Of First Instance Ordered A Kuwaiti Citizen To Pay Kd 106,000 To His Friend Based On A Promissory Note

The Court of First Instance has ordered a Kuwaiti citizen to pay KD 106,000 to his friend based on a promissory note signed by him. The plaintiff counsel Lawyer Hassan Al-Ajmi said the defendant refused to pay when his client approached him in friendly manner and requested for the money. Following several refusals by the defendant, his client decided to take necessary legal procedures, starting with a payment order, but the defendant still refused to pay due to which he filed a case against the defendant
