Three Individuals Held Over The Death Of Their Friend In Salmiya Area
Three individuals have been detained for investigations over the death of their friend in Salmiya area. In a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, the Public Relations and Security Media Department of the ministry explained that Hawally securitymen rushed to the location in Salmiya area after the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the discovery of the corpse of an Asian expatriate in the parking area of a school.
The corpse was referred to the Forensics Department. Investigations were launched in this regard by a security team that was formed for determining the circumstances that led to the death of the victim. It was later discovered that three of the victim’s friends were involved in the incident.
After obtaining a warrant, securitymen detained the three suspects. When interrogated, the three suspects confessed that the victim was with them before he died. They together had consumed the “Chemical” drug and were roaming around Salmiya area in a car. Suddenly, the victim became unconscious and started bleeding from his nose and mouth. They took the victim to the parking lot of the school and left him there after which they fled from the location. Securitymen referred the suspects to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
