Unknown Stolen Wallet By Giving Electric Shock
Police are looking for unidentified person for giving electric shock to an Indian man. Making him unconscious and stealing his wallet and cellphone, the victim was seen lying unconscious in Wafra area. MOI Operations Room received a call from a Kuwaiti pedestrian about the incident when police rushed to the location the man said unknown in white car approached to him. Placed the electric shock on his neck then stole his wallet and cellphone. A case was registered.
