To facilitate hiring process across business groups, understanding organizations new projects and provide timely support for all manpower requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Understand new project manpower requirement from operations and communicate sourcing plan
Assign new job requirements to sourcing team and oversee sourcing activities
Ensure screening, interview, short listing and hiring takes place with utmost diligence
Ensure job descriptions are available for open positions and all jobs are posted on job sites
Manage new sourcing solutions and train team members to ensure effective use
Engage new vendors, complete contract agreement terms & conditions that is beneficial to company
Manage to increase the talent pool by advertising, conducting open houses and other ways of publicity to attract new talent for immediate project requirement
Ensure onboarding process is followed thoroughly by all HR partners. Assist and guide new employees for smooth assimilation into Agility group.
Establish and monitor effective processes and metrics associated with talent management activities and communicate these metrics to HR leadership.
Ensure effective evaluation of all products and services.
Lead new projects on system enhancement, design and implementation
Any other related duties / projects assigned in order to meet business exigencies.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive professional Human Resource experience
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
