Description: A mindful practice for self expression. Allow yourself the time to slow things down and explore a new way of expressing yourself through geometric illustration. The course will teach you how to construct and detail a contemporary mandala. The therapeutic process will hone your patience and line work skills in a supportive and judgement free environment. No artistic skills are required and all materials are provided.
