3 Citizens Were Accused Of Possessing Hashish And Other Drugs

The Criminal Court presided over by Judge Ahmad Al-Yasin acquitted three citizens who were accused of possessing hashish and other drugs as well as a weapon, and driving a vehicle after consuming drugs. According to the case file, the in-charge officer explained during investigations that the suspects were caught in possession of the aforementioned illicit items and the second suspect was caught driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs. During the court session, the defense counsel Attorney Sultan Al-Ajmi stressed that the procedures followed for arresting and searching his clients were illegal.
