46 Arrested, 33985 Traffic Violations Issued In Traffic Campaigns

The traffic sector conducted campaigns throughout the six governorates recently led to the issuance of 33985 citations, impounding of 566 vehicles, 5 motorcycles seized, 5 vehicles recovered, arrest of 46 individuals who committed major traffic violations and referral of 2 persons to the Deportation Center for driving without driving license, The department affirmed these campaigns are ongoing round the clock in all parts of the country in a bid to strictly implement the traffic regulations and to protect the road users.
