Cops Have Arrested Two Women Fraudsters

Police have arrested two Kuwaiti women believed to be in their early 30s and are looking for a third one who is still at large for using the civil IDs of their friends to purchase goods smart phones, electrical devices, rent cars and abandon them without paying.
