Court Sentenced A Kuwaiti Citizen To 6 Month Imprisonment For Defrauding

The Misdemeanor Court sentenced a Kuwaiti citizen to six-month imprisonment for defrauding and swindling huge number of citizens and expatriates by making them believe his company has real-estate properties in the United States of America and Britain. Representing the plaintiffs was Lawyer Fahad Al-Hajri, who insisted that his clients had signed the purchase documents of residential properties outside Kuwait, and that the defendant acquired more than KD 250,000 by defrauding his clients. He affirmed that victory will be achieved through the just judicial system of Kuwait.
