Gcc Employee Filed A Case Against A Citizen For Assaulting Him

A GCC employee of Jahra Traffic Department filed a case against a Kuwaiti citizen who assaulted him in Jahra area after the officer stopped him and issued a traffic citation.  According to security sources, a quarrel broke out between the citizen and the officer after the latter issued a citation for the citizen over a traffic violation. The quarrel then developed into an exchange of blows. Eventually, the citizen was controlled and taken to the police station of the area.

The traffic officer filed a case against the suspect at Taima Police Station, submitting a medical report to indicate the injuries he sustained from the attack.
