An Indian expatriate died after he was stabbed five times by three unknown individuals in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area.
According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a distress call from an Indian expatriate who reported that his brother was stabbed several times by some unknown individuals, securitymen along with Farwaniya Security Director Major General Fahad Al- Shewai rushed to the location and found the victim lying motionless on the ground in a pool of his own blood.
They examined him to realize he succumbed to the stab wounds. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department.
One of the witnesses, an Egyptian security guard of a nearby building, revealed that he saw three individuals dressed in ‘dishdasha’ stabbing the victim and fleeing in a white Japan made vehicle. Investigations are ongoing to find and arrest the suspects.
