Ministry Of Public Works Has Signed A Contract For The Development Of The 7th Ring Road

The Ministry of Public Works has signed a contract for the maintenance and development of the 7th Ring Road, it said on Thursday according to KUNA. The ministry statement added that Minister of Electricity and Water and Minister of Public Works and Acting Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Ahmad Al-Jassar signed the contract that will cover the completion, and maintenance of the existing part of the 7th Road.

Maintenance will include developing the Road, starting from the western part, connected with the Regional Road, till intersection 71 on Al-Fahaheel highway. In addition, it covers upgrading all the seven intersections of the Road, with total length of 22 km, in addition to three pedestrian overpasses and four stops for public transport.
