Moh Endorses Conditions For Transfer Of License Of Non-kuwaiti Medical Practitioners

Minister of Health Dr. Jamal Al-Harbi endorsed conditions for the transfer of license of non-Kuwaiti medical practitioners, dentists and those of applied medical profession to work in other entities within the private sector.

According to local report, the conditions included necessary approval for transfer from the concerned bodies or completion of one year since the end of service with the first employer,in order for the license to be issued for the employee to practice medicine under a new employer within the private sector.

The conditions were stipulated based on the ministry’s desire for work stability in the medical facilities of the private sector in a manner that will ensure the sector continues to provide services benefitting patients and clients in the private health sector.
