Moi Formed A Committee To Set Out Regulations Regarding An Amiri Pardon Of Prisoners In 2016

Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Sunday formed a committee tasked with setting out regulations regarding an Amiri pardon of prisoners in 2016. The interior ministry said in a statement the committee members would be contacting all relevant authorities over the Amiri pardon but in a way not harming the general security nor principles of justice. The committee is chaired by Justice Mohammad Al-Zubei and has officials from the Amiri Diwan, Interior and Justice Ministries, as well as the judicial authority.
