Procedure To Obtain Dependent Visa

Can you advise what is the procedure to obtain dependent visa for my daughter aged 14 years who is in India. I meet the salary cap criteria.

Answer: You will need the following documents to apply for a dependent visa for your daughter:

1. Photocopy of your daughter’s passport.

2. Civil ID copies of you and your wife.

3. An affidavit, attested by your embassy and Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Shuwaikh) confirming your relation with the person for whom you want the visa.

4. Your work permit that shows you are earning a salary of KD 450 or over.

Attach the above documents to an application and submit the same to the Immigration Department in your area and your application will be processed which just takes a day to approve or be rejected.
