Taxi Driver Arrested For Bid To Kidnap Woman
A Pakistani taxi driver was arrested after a Kuwaiti woman accused him of kidnapping her. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a call from a Kuwaiti woman who shouted that a taxi driver was kidnapping her on Fahaheel Road, securitymen rushed to the location. They stopped the taxi driver in Sabah Al-Salem area and arrested him. When they questioned him, he explained that the woman was arguing with him about the taxi fare and had claimed he kidnapped her just to frighten him and ensure he did not collect the fare from her. Securitymen took necessary action and a case was registered.
