Visa For New Born Can We Club Our Salary

My salary is KD 250 but my wife is working as a MoH staff nurse and her salary is KD 750 … so can we get a visa for our newborn baby born in Kuwait?

Answer: As your salary doesn’t meet the salary cap, your wife can’t sponsor the child nor can you club your salaries according to the latest laws, the best thing for you would be to approach the head of the Immigration Department who has the authority to waive the salary condition.

We are sure that as you and your wife combined earn enough, and the child was born in Kuwait, you will be able to get residence for your newborn baby.
